  • Condition: All the original stones are present and the screw-back fastening mechanism works well. We think some of the stones may be small precious stones. This carefully-made pin has exceptional detail for its size. It is from the early 1900s. The photos show the pin after cleaning and before cleaning. The darker images are pre- and the more golden ones are post-cleaning. It could be cleaned more if the buyer wishes.

    L.O.O.M. - Loyal Order of Moose
    This small lapel pin is in very good  condition.  It has white and red stones, the red ones separating the letters "L.O.O.M." on the collar of the moose.
    We believe that the white stones could be small diamonds and the red ones, rubies.  They also could be colored glass, but they do not have chips of other imperfections that would have occurred to glass over the years.
    The moulding of the Moose head is well done and the letters "L-O-O-M" are clearly imprinted on the collar.
    This pin is 1/2" wide.
