— a visitors guide to restaurants, nightclubs, bars, theaters, sports, and sightseeing in the city during the 68th Annual International Moose Convention.
This booklet measures 8½" x 5½" and has 32 pages.
The front cover has the Loyal Order of Moose P.A.P. ("Purity, Aid, Progress") logo and the dates of the convention: August 19 to 23, 1956.
The "As We See It" feature includes a description of Mooseheart, a community 38 miles west of Chicago created to provide a home for dependent children of deceased members of the Order.
There are also dozens of ads for local businesses and attractions, including the Riverview Amusement Park, Harry Belafonte's appearance at the Empire Room, Conrad Hilton's Ice Show at the Boulevard Room, Math Igler's Casino, Fitzel's Restaurant, Gibby's, Shady Lane Playhouse, Jardin Royale, Bismarck Inn, Hickory House, Club Alabam, Chez Paree, Italian Village, Bamboo Inn, and the Boston Oyster House.

This guide is in very good condition, bright and clean, with
no
