Made in 1979. Made in the USSR Leningrad (St. Petersburg). Russia.
Tools manufactured in Leningrad were considered the best in the USSR.
The release of instruments with such an inscription is dedicated to the 1980 Olympics, which took place in Moscow.
The balalaika is not new, it has an acceptable degree of wear (there are abrasions and scratches), which only emphasizes its vintage look.You can hang it in retro style, but it is better to play it.
