Tag shape is cut out and sewn to another piece of paper.
Multiple paper layers create a very sturdy gift tag!
Additional design details include decorative hand cut edges, jewel gems, hand punched snow flakes, hand stamping, die cut penguins, curling ribbon and white cord ties with white glass beads.
On back of each gift tag is a festive holiday To-From self stick label.
