Offered for purchase is an original Imperial Russian Order of Saint Stanislaus w/Swords; Cross/ Medal
It is the Military Version of the Imperial Russian Order of Saint Stanislaus. It was made in 14k gold by Julius Keibel of St. Petersburg,
holder of an Imperial Warrant.
The decoration is a red enameled eight-pointed cross with rounded ends. In the arms of the cross appears the golden Russian eagle of the Empire.  In the corner of the arms are golden circles with rays.  The symbol of St. Stanislaus appears on the white background of the medallion and is surrounded by a green-gold laurel wreath. Crossed swords connect through the center medallion. The second class size medal measures 50mm from end to tip of sword.
Weight is 11 grams and is in wonderful collectible condition.
