**If return is due to shipping damage, buyer must comply with all requirements that USPS, UPS, or FedEx requires of them for returns (Ex.: keep all packing materials, let carrier inspect product, etc.).  Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper).**
