    THE SIGN OF DISTINCTION OF THE ORDER OF SAINT ANNA
    ANNA MEDAL
    - an award for the lower military ranks of the Russian Empire for length of service and for special deeds and merits. It was a silver medal with an image of the order badge.
    Established on November 12, 1796 by Emperor Paul I for non-commissioned officers and privates who served irreproachably 20 years. The lower ranks were also awarded for military merit.
    The sign bears the brand name
    "FA" - Alexander Feldman,
    had his own jewelry production in St. Petersburg, at 9 Srednaya Meshchanskaya Street and carried out individual orders for the «I.E. Morozov».
