    Description

    I don't know how these work but when I peer through the eye hole I can see out the other end.  The tripod is vintage but I don't know on the transit itself.  It could be newer.  I see no defects or wear on it.  Model 8200. The wood box for the transit alone is with this but pretty worn.  This is customer pick-up because it weighs quite a bit and is about 4' long.
