Non-payment guidelines
I use a service through E-Bay that handles invoicing your purchase along with an automatic non-paying bidder case. If it has been more than two full days since the listing ended, I can select Report an Unpaid Item. This lets us know you are having a problem and starts the formal process of resolving the issue (they call this opening a case). I need to report a case within 32 days of the listing ending. If you haven't paid in four days, a case will automatically be opened against you. If you need more time, PLEASE contact me prior to a case being opened and I can turn that feature off on your purchase.

Shipping Policy
I generally box every evening and every morning. The tracking is updated right away, so please keep that in mind when bidding or purchasing from me. I usually ship First Class if item is less than 17 ounces, so if you need something sooner, please contact me and I will see what I can do to get your item out sooner. I also gladly combine shipping!
Purchase Multiple Items
This discount applies to buying more than one of the same item. Hopefully eBay will add the feature of buying different items on the same sale. But for now, it only applies to buying two or more of the item you are purchasing.
